Churn butter – Traditional manufacturing

The undisputed quality of our butter is achieved using traditional methods. It is much appreciated by butter lovers. Additionally, it is characterised by a high level of plasticity, thanks to controlled crystallisation technology. It is particularly suitable for use in baking and for pastry.
Guaranteed additive-free, it is made from the organic ripening process of the cream using specifically selected lactic acid bacteria.  The churning is carried out using traditional churns employing the same methods as our ancestors. As a result it preserves all of its flavour and imparts a delicious taste of old style butter.
