Bullange has developed a superior quality double cream with 40% fat. It is characterised by its delicious taste, which is preserved thanks to a single pasteurisation process. It contains no additives. Despite this, it keeps extremely well thanks to its acidity and its lactic bacterial flora, which develops its flavour while protecting it from harmful microorganisms.
